• Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates apply based on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 400HKD within Hong Kong.

 

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on location: local delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, while international delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after processing. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery times may be extended.

 

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress.

 

• Delivery Issues: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
