Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  

• Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates apply based on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 400HKD within Hong Kong.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on location: local delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, while international delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after processing. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery times may be extended.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress.

• Delivery Issues: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Payment Policy

• Accepted Payment Methods: Currently, we accept a few payment methods: major credit cards via PayPal and manual payments with PayMe or FPS. All transactions are processed through secured payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

• Refunds Policy: We want you to love your tea experience with 23 Gardens! While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for most purchases, we’re here to help if something goes wrong. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
